We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Auditor to join our team. This full-time position involves working closely with production and project managers to ensure adherence to processes and documentation standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying errors, communicating with adjusters, and assisting in the resolution of any issues that arise during the auditing process.
Key Responsibilities :
- Review and audit project documents, ensuring they adhere to established quality standards and processes.
- Identify errors or discrepancies in project documentation and work with production and project managers to correct them.
- Maintain and update accurate records and spreadsheets, ensuring all information is current and well-organized.
- Communicate with adjusters via email to address issues or discrepancies and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Assist in the resolution of issues or challenges that arise during the auditing process, offering solutions as needed.
- Ensure adherence to company processes, documentation standards, and best practices.
- Provide timely and clear email communication to both internal teams and external stakeholders, including adjusters.
- Support quality assurance initiatives and collaborate with the team to drive improvements in processes and documentation.
- Continuously monitor and review workflows to ensure compliance with industry standards.
