IT Support Engineer
Summary
An IT support company located in Gardena, CA is looking for a Japanese bilingual person with technical background (entry level - 3 year experiences). Their client list includes mega size publicly traded companies.
On-the-Job training is provided for new hire. Training period (1-6 months) will be determined according to candidate’s skill level.
Any corporate IT experience is a plus, but no previous technical experience is required for an entry-level as long as showing the ability and willingness to quickly learn technical and communication skills.
Essential Duties
-Technical support for products (apps) in English. Mainly by email, but also online support via Zoom is available on rare occasions.
-Remotely monitor and trouble-shoot IT infrastructure system problems via internet and phone, provide cloud system users of technical support by phone/internet.
-Communicate with the application developer in Japan via email and participate in regular meetings in Japanese.
-Participate in technical support related translation work and projects, ISMS, internal IT system management work, and other assignments as required.
Working Hours, Working style
M-F 8:00am-5:00pm Office
work is required for the first year
After 1 year, remote work will be determined by the client based on work status and other factors.

Qualifications
