Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Massage Therapist and Retreat Manager to join our dynamic team. This dual role involves providing top-quality massage therapy services and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our wellness retreats. The ideal candidate will have a passion for holistic health, excellent management skills, and a warm, welcoming demeanor.

Responsibilities:

Massage and Wellness Therapist:

- Perform various types of massage therapy including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, aromatherapy, and more.

- Assess client needs and customize treatments accordingly.

• Wellness treatments like yoga, reiki if applicable

- Maintain a clean and organized therapy room.

- Educate clients on post-massage care and general wellness.

Retreat Manager:

- Plan and coordinate guest care, check in, guest experience and wellness experiences

• Daily hotel operations
• light food prep
• - Coordinating housekeeping staff and guest services

- Manage booking and registration processes.

- Oversee staff, ensuring high standards of customer service and care.

- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues promptly.

Qualifications:

- Certified Massage Therapist with a minimum of 1 years of experience.

- Proven experience in retreat or hospitality management.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of holistic health and wellness practices.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
