Description
Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the Casino operations at all times and in all activities. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all internal and external customers of the Quinault Beach Resort and Casino operations. Develop solutions for customer concerns and continual focus on customer service as our top priority. Complete daily postings and balance daily accounts.
- Follow job orders to determine tasks.
- Repair, maintain and install machines, tools and equipment to ensure continuous operations.
- Maintain utility systems to ensure continuous supply of heat, electrical power, gas, refrigeration or air as required by operations.
- Follow preventive maintenance program in conjunction with all relevant departments.
- Inform Team Leader regarding any problems with the operation of machines and equipment for conformance with operational standards.
- Approach all encounters with guests, vendors and team members in a friendly, professional manner.
- Complete and turn in all maintenance request forms from guests as needed.
- Perform general maintenance, mechanical, electrical, machine, equipment and plumbing repairs and/or installations as needed.
- Implement energy conservation program as assigned by Team Leader.
- Maintain a neat and organized work area at all times.
- Effectively manage time and meet or exceed productivity standards
- Adhere to all QBRC Personnel Policies and Procedures, Title 97 Policy, and HR Standard Operating Procedures. Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 4 years maintenance experience or 24 months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read, interpret documents such as a safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, blueprints and electrical schematics.
- Basic knowledge of general maintenance in these categories; electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.
- Knowledge of mechanical operations of a large building complex.
- Must be physically capable of moving about on QBRC Property, sometimes in adverse conditions.
- Ability to work on own and with others.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public, vendors, and team members.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Must have a certificate in welding and soldering.
- HVAC or Electrician Certification, or Journeyman Capenter
- Dependable Transportation
