Description
Are you detail oriented with a passion for QuickBooks? We are seeking a bookkeeper with an excellent writing skillset for communicating with law offices and claims adjusters. Accuracy and relationship building is a must when billing high value legal services.
This position will start as part time while training with the potential for increased and full time hours.

Responsibilities
- Maintain Quickbooks records
- Prepare PNLs and related tax documents for annual filings
- Client Quarterly Reports
- Process Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and financial reports
- Prepare monthly financial statements and summaries
- Processing payroll
- Create and manage invoices and payment schedules
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory financial requirements
Requirements
- Experience working as a bookkeeper for high volume businesses
- Proficiency in QuickBooks required
- Vehicle required as position is hybrid with 1-3 days a week in-office while training
- Laptop and equipment to work remotely
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Extreme attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Small business experience preferred, but not required
- Must love dogs!
