*Knowledgeable leaders who enjoy teaching our methods and watching others find the joy in our work
*Full and part time positions are available, from supervisory positions to assistants
*A balanced work-day starting at 8:30AM and ending at 4:30PM (partial shifts are available for part time positions)

*Able to perform physical labor outside in all conditions, including rain, sun, heat or cold, humidity, and other adverse conditions for a full work day
*Able to work with a good compromise of efficiency and quality. We want to be detailed, but we also want to work at a good pace

*Adaptable and able to switch gears if a project calls for it
*Willing to learn
*Driver’s license and reliable transportation are a must
