We are currently looking for an Implementation Specialist to support and assist with business process reviews, documentation, training, and support. This is a key position to help us enhance our company’s competitive advantage and drive value for our customers.
Essential duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct business process and ERP system reviews
Document business and system processes
Analyze processes, recommend improvements, and work with the team to implement changes
Develop training programs for specific business processes and administer training
Provide first level support for ERP system and Network issues, triage, and delegate as needed
Track support requests in ticketing system and ensure issue resolution
Perfecting, increasing, stepping-up and balancing the work efficacy and functionality of the software systems and programs of the company, so that the same can be applied to the benefit of the customers and that of the company
Administering and overseeing computer software engineers and developers of the company in order to improve the work output
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
Great communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Experience with business process analysis and documentation
Experience developing and administering training programs
Great organizational skills, attention to detail and follow through
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Great time management skills
Bilingual candidates are desired but not required (English and Spanish)
