Job Overview :
We are hiring a dynamic Software Sales Representative-Bilingual who will build relationships and performs general customer service, sales and marketing tasks to support the Sales Department. A successful candidate should be well-versed in the hospitality and / or real estate industries. One must perform duties in providing exemplary standards of customer service to engage and set meetings with potential customers after following up on warm leads. Activities should result in the next- level sales management team closing and onboarding new clients and fostering a lasting partnership. Valid driver license, reliable vehicle are required.Performs other duties as assigned.
Experience Requirements :
Minimum 2 years of experience selling software.
Active listening skills and attention to details.
Experience using Customer Relationship Management systems (CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Salesforce, HubSpot etc.
Type 30 wpm
Flexible & Adaptable – with workflow processes.
Comfortable and creative with using social media platforms for posting, blogging and campaign management to drive branding and engagement i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Hootesuite, MailChimp, etc.
Comfortable providing written communication and documentation.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
Organized with documenting and applying strategic and common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Professionally overcome problems involving several concrete variables and present results.
Create workflow processes and perform reverse searches using job boards and social media.

Capable of lifting up to 20lbs, able to stand, walk, sit for long periods of time, and have hand-eye coordination, and depth perception.
Long periods of sitting at a desk, physically able to visit multiple sites and view computer screen for long lengths of time.
Must be able to commute to Celebration office location when needed (commute within 35 miles).
Education Requirements :
Degree in Technology or Computer Science
Or High School Diploma / GED plus an additional two years of work experience
