Job Summary
The Digital & Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our social media and digital marketing strategies. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital and social media strategy across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Manage content creation, including graphics, videos, copywriting, and other digital assets.
- Oversee daily social media management, including posting, community engagement, and responding to comments/messages.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, creative) to align content with overall brand messaging and campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, digital marketing best practices, and platform updates.
- Manage paid social media campaigns, influencer partnerships, and brand collaborations.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Maintain brand voice and consistency across all digital channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Experience in digital marketing and social media management preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and trends.
- Experience with content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing software.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later, etc.).
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience with paid social media campaigns and influencer marketing.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for digital marketing, creativity, and brand storytelling.
