What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Researcher position at R&D Partners?
R&D Partners is seeking to hire a Research Associate III in Oceanside, CA.
Your main responsibilities as a Research Associate III:
· Perform cell-based reporter assay and flow cytometry analysis to support late-stage biologics projects.
· Plan and execute assigned experiments that support assay development activities and project goals.
· Proactively seek out senior personnel to discuss potential solutions to problems.
· Participate in group meetings to share test results.
· Demonstrate ability to recognize anomalous and inconsistent results and interpret experimental outcomes.
What we are looking for in a Research Associate III:
· BS or MS degree in a relevant scientific discipline (please no Phd candidates)
· Minimum 3 years experience
· Experience with performing cell culture
· Experience working with biologics (proteins, fusion proteins, mAbs)
· Experience with analytical methods such as ELISA, cell binding assay, or reporter assay

Pay Scale:
$74,979 – $93,724 (Dependent on Experience)
