Your Role:

As a Coil Forming Operator, you will operate various coiling, wire-forming, and four-slide machines to produce high-quality components for our customers. You'll play a vital role in ensuring our products meet precision standards while keeping efficiency and safety a priority.

What You'll Do:

• Operate and monitor coiling and wire-forming machines
• Perform quality checks and ensure products meet specifications
• Identify and report any machine issues to the setup team
• Use electronic tablets for production data input
• Keep a clean and organized workspace
• Package and handle completed parts
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies

What We’re Looking For:

• Mechanical aptitude and machine operating experience required
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and blueprints
• Comfortable using measurement tools for quality checks
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• High School Diploma, GED, or relevant experience

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and use hands regularly
• Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, and crouch
• Lift/move up to 30 lbs frequently, up to 50 lbs occasionally
