What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dishwasher position at Rí Rá Irish Pub?
We are looking for a Dishwasher/Utility for a full-time position to be part of our team in our RíRá Irish Pub & Restaurant in Portland, Maine!

- You have experience in a high-volume, full-service scratch kitchen
What You Will be Doing
- Keeping work station clean, organized and inspection ready at all times
- Working with a high temperature dish machine to clean plates, cups, silverware, pots, pans and kitchen utensils
- Manually cleaning pots, pans, kitchen utensils and equipment as required
- Adhering to all Company SOP’s with regards to health & sanitation
- Maintaining trash and grease storage areas
- Deep cleaning floors, walls and hood vents as directed
- Cleaning and maintaining all small wares and equipment in the kitchen
- Ensuring that set-up and break-down tasks are completed to standard
- Ensuring that all local and state laws are followed as related to the service of food and the BOH facility in general
