Small Manufacturing company looking for office assistant, Book Keeper, Receptionist.
Part time 25-35 hours
Duties may include some or all
Book keeping
Answering phones
Data Entry
corresponding Emails
packing , shipping , receiving UPS USPS FedEx
Creating and Paying Invoices from Vendors , Sending Invoices to customers
Purchasing
Quick books Book keeping ( MUST HAVE )
Microsoft office ( MUST HAVE )
Exact Job boss ( Optional )
minor deliveries
inventory
cleaning
open to - Part time or full time
Monday- Friday 9 AM - 3:30 PM ( hours may vary ) Part time
Machine Shop Environment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- QuickBooks: 5 years (Required)
- Microsoft Office: 5 years (Required)
- Accounting: 5 years (Required)
- Bookkeeping: 5 years (Required)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
