1、BA Management: Be responsible for the establishment, training, and daily management of the BA (Beauty Advisor) team within the region. Develop detailed training plans to enhance the professional sales skills and product knowledge of BAs, ensuring that the team can efficiently execute sales tasks and achieve individual and team sales targets. Monitor the daily work performance of BAs, provide timely feedback and guidance, and optimize the team's service quality.
2、Customer Relationship Management: Maintain good cooperative relationships with customers within the region. Regularly visit key customers to gain an in-depth understanding of their needs and feedback. Actively coordinate and resolve issues that customers encounter during the cooperation process to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty and promote long-term and stable cooperation. Collect customer information, establish a complete customer profile, and provide data support for targeted marketing and business expansion.
3、Selling-in of Customer Activities: Be responsible for successfully selling in various customer activities planned by the company to different sales channels within the region, such as high-end department stores. Communicate effectively with customers, clearly explain the value and advantages of the activities, and persuade customers to participate. Based on customer needs and market conditions, put forward targeted optimization suggestions for the activity plans to improve the attractiveness and participation of the activities.
4、Implementation of Event Activities: Take full responsibility for the implementation of Event activities within the region. From the preparatory work in the early stage, including venue layout, material preparation, and personnel arrangement, to the organization and coordination at the event site, ensure that the activities proceed smoothly according to the predetermined plan. During the event, deal with unexpected situations in a timely manner to ensure the event effect and enhance the brand image and customer experience. After the event, evaluate and summarize the event effect to provide experience references for subsequent events.
Job Requirements
1、Industry Experience Requirement: Have 5 years or more of offline beauty retail experience , and be familiar with the market trends and sales models of the beauty industry. Possess rich offline sales skills and customer service experience, and be able to effectively handle various sales scenarios and customer needs.
2、Channel Experience Requirement: Have experience in high-end department store channels (such as Neiman Marcus, Saks, Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, etc.), have an in-depth understanding of the operation models, customer characteristics, and sales rules of high-end department stores. Be able to skillfully utilize the resources of high-end department store channels to carry out business cooperation and market promotion activities, and enhance the brand's market share and influence in high-end department store channels.
3、Team Management Ability: Have excellent team management ability, and be able to effectively establish, train, and motivate the BA team. Have good communication and coordination skills, be able to allocate work tasks reasonably, and improve the overall work efficiency and execution ability of the team.
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
