This individual will be the main point of contact for project teams, stakeholders, and clients, and will play a crucial role in coordinating project activities and resources effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate project meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and following up on action items.
Collaborate with project teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and track key milestones to ensure timely completion.
Identify and mitigate project risks to prevent potential issues and delays.
Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and address any concerns or feedback.
Manage project documentation and ensure all relevant information is accurately recorded and stored.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other external parties to ensure project requirements are met.
Support the project manager in evaluating project performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Assist in the preparation of project reports, presentations, and other deliverables as needed.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in project deliverables.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
PMP certification is a plus.
