The Role
We need a DTC Operational Systems Manager with Shopify expertise and experience with at least one ERP system. You’ll ensure smooth integrations between e-commerce, ERP, fulfillment, and customer service systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage & optimize Shopify and its integrations with ERP, WMS, OMS, and other systems.
- Lead system improvements and automation projects.
- Troubleshoot & resolve order, inventory, and payment issues.
- Work with teams across supply chain, finance, marketing, and customer service.
- Ensure data accuracy between Shopify, ERP, and third-party tools.
- Collaborate with developers on API integrations and workflows.
- Monitor performance metrics and improve operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on e-commerce tech and recommend enhancements.
