Regional Sales Representative

R3 Custom Exteriors is actively recruiting a select number of experienced sales professionals to join our Logan team! You’ll work in a simple, streamlined Door-to-Door sales process to engage with members of the community and continue developing valuable sales, marketing and advertising skills all while earning $5k-$20k per month! You’ll be primarily responsible for identifying old, worn, and damaged residential or commercial roofs and exteriors, and work with potential customers by providing bids, providing inspections and working with insurance companies to replace existing roofs and exteriors.

R3 Roofing will provide full training, so you’ll be fully equipped to hit the ground running, regardless of your experience in the exterior construction industry. WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• A willingness to learn new skills and processes
• Prior experience in sales/CRM management is a plus
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields. Roofing and/or Solar sales a big plus
• Strong negotiation skills
• The ability to self-assess and identify opportunities for growth and development
• Strong interpersonal communication skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:

• Identify worn and damaged roofs and exteriors in residential and commercial areas and engage with homeowners in a door-to-door marketing capacity
• Conduct no-cost inspections on eligible roofs to establish scope of work
• Assess homeowner needs and best course of action, i.e. insurance claim, retail bid, etc.
• Guide homeowner through project implementation process and signing contracts.
• Hand off signed contracts to Project Management team member for estimating, materials orders and install coordination.
• Must have valid drivers license
• Must be able to carry and climb a ladder and be able to inspect all areas of homes including the roof.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus
