Duties and Responsibilities:
- Verify vendor invoices and supporting documentation prior to payment
- Assign general ledger accounts to non-PO invoices and expense reports
- Collaborate with the Purchasing department on requisitions and pricing exceptions
- Work with the Receiving department on receipts and cut-off periods to ensure accurate financial reporting
Requirements:
- Associates degree in accounting or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable-receivable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Strong communication and analytical skills
