About This Job:
Maintain the Field Technicians daily schedule, installs and service calls. Maintain Customer data w/ current info provided by technicians. Need to maintain clear communications with department manager, employees, and customers.
What You’ll Do:
- Schedules site surveys, drops, installations and upgrade services for data video and phone.
- Speaks with customers over the phone to schedule, remind and follow up on appointments.
- Sends email/text reminders to customers or clients when appropriate.
- Coordinate with the dispatch Department based on daily schedule.
- Resolves appointment conflicts for field technicians and customers.
- Record and maintain customer records/notes including daily install and upgrade calendar.
- Respond to questions from Manager, other team members and other departments regarding schedule availability.
- Receive incoming calls from customers.
- Manage Sage and Pitstop (CRM systems) Queues.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring:
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Two years related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Spanish is a plus.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and computer skills.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with proven customer service skills.
- Strong time management skills with proven ability to follow directions.
- Ability to assess and prioritize tasks.
- Team player with excellent collaboration skills.
- Geographical knowledge of service area and ability to read maps.
