District Manager Job Description

District Manager (DM): Your primary responsibility is to lead multiple teams and ensure the highest standards of each team and their sites performance.

What you would do:

• Mentor several General Manager’s to ensure your team’s success!
• Lead multiple stores and set regional goals such as sales estimates & revenue projections
• Grow the sites volume, driving sales and increasing profitability for each store
• Achieve sales goals and guest experience goals as outlined by Management
• Coach staff to create a positive and high energy environment that guests can feel
• Recruit Train and support staff at varying levels of development
• Manage daily operations, deliver consistent, high-quality services, and promote Raceway Car Wash within your community
• Ensure the appearance of the site is of the highest standard and appealing to guests
• Manage a regional budget and ensure that each store operates within the budget
• Ensure all stores under your supervision adhere to company and industry regulations
• Ensure all stores meet safety guidelines
• Monitor each store’s Profit & Loss reports
• Liason between Regional Manager and company headquarters
• Maintain an efficient schedule labor budget and workflow for all sites

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
