Summary :
The Regional Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence across the region. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking and the ability to motivate and develop high performing teams. This position will be based in Dallas, TX and will be responsible for stores in the following states : Arkansas, Missouri, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas.
Leadership :
- Provide leadership to the region, overseeing retail activities and the store operations.
- Coach, mentor, and develop district and store managers and oversee hiring and development of top talent for all store associates in the region.
- Foster a collaborative, positive, and customer focused culture.
- Ensure that company Policies and Procedures are followed and that performance issues are addressed and communicated appropriately.
- Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
