Proficient in facilitating work sessions, developing functional documentation, and leading testing efforts. Skilled in leveraging Microsoft O365 tools and Agile methodologies to deliver successful implementations and upgrades.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst on PeopleSoft HCM implementation and upgrade projects.
• 8 years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Payroll or Time & Labor.
• 8 years in identifying requirements, creating formal functional documents, and collaborating with key business stakeholders and SMEs.
• 8 years conducting formal work sessions and functional analysis presentations.
• 8 years performing hands-on end-to-end system integration and external interface testing.
• Proficient with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio) with over 4 years of experience.
• 4 years of experience working with public sector organizations (Federal, State, or Local Government).
• 2 years of experience with the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials.
• 2 years working with PeopleSoft HCN 9.2 Payroll or Time & Labor.
• 2 years experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
• 2 years experience with SharePoint.
• 1 year of experience using Jira for task tracking and collaboration.
• 1 year of experience working within the Scrum framework to manage projects.
