Location : Radisson Portland Airport Hotel, Portland, OR
Salary : $20 - $23 per hour

Key Responsibilities :
Support Sales and Catering Managers by handling customer service tasks.
Manage and update files, records, and documents.
Respond to sales inquiries professionally and promptly.
Assist in managing room blocks and function space availability.
Prepare materials for site inspections and sales calls.
Create menu and pricing proposals for clients.
Handle client documentation, including BEOs, Group Resumes, and Contracts.
Review banquet tickets for accuracy post-event.
Coordinate group room block management and special requests.
Perform general office duties and special projects as needed.
What We're Looking For :
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of hospitality sales experience.
Excellent communication and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Strong initiative and teamwork skills.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
High level of professionalism.
