As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing outstanding customer service in a nightclub setting.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present menus with a friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality standards are met.
- Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback effectively.
- Process payments using the cash register, ensuring accurate transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any special requests from guests.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours.
Experience
- Previous experience in a server or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cash registers and basic math skills for handling transactions is essential.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.
- Experience working in a nightclub or similar fast-paced environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
