We are an entrepreneurial personal injury law firm that is on track for aggressive growth and we need an experienced personal injury intake specialist to join our team and be a total superstar – working directly with the owner to support the team and help our clients.
We love to help people learn and grow. We need a Case Manager with experience in personal injury. The ideal candidate will be able to take initiative on work that needs to be done and complete tasks with minimal hand-holding.
This is a full-time position where you are expected to manage a caseload, so you absolutely must be able to work remotely for 40 hours per week. Initial employment compensation will be based on your experience, with opportunities for increases after that. There is an opportunity for bonus compensation for those who can demonstrate their profitability.

Responsibilities:
The person we hire will have great time management skills. This job will require all of the following:
- Handle new client calls with enthusiasm and compassion in order for the client to sign after the first call
- Processing client intake paperwork in our case management system
- Oversee the smooth transition of new cases to the legal team
- Follow up with potential new clients who have not yet retained the firm
- Maintain a tracking system to monitor leads, new clients, and referral sources
- Treat a call or meeting at 4:30 on a Friday (or the weekend) with the same care and compassion as one on a Monday morning
- Convey confidence and show empathy to our new potential clients who contact us by phone, web form, or live chat
- Participate in weekly department meetings, and maintain KPIs, data, and metrics
Qualifications:

- Ability to understand the sales process and how intake plays a vital role in that process
- Exceptional English speaking skills and communication
- Fluent in Spanish is required

Compensation:
$40,000
Responsibilities:- Survey potential clients to determine the right fit with our practice, while listening to all phone calls in an empathetic manner
- Conduct various tasks around the office such as managing spreadsheets, writing emails, faxing and copying, and transcribing notes to make sure all processes run smoothly
- Supervise new client onboarding and current client files through data entry and paperwork collection to ensure our cases are managed efficiently
- Book consultations for prospective clients with our lawyers to expand our caseload and ensure meeting schedules are accurate
- Coordinate awareness initiatives and foster relationships with other attorneys alongside the marketing team in order to help grow our prospective client base
- Sales or customer service experience highly valued
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Solid data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills
- Full familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel proficiency
- Previous experience with CRM and case management software desired
