Job Description
Plaintiff’s law firm is currently seeking a Labor and employment/litigation attorney with experience in Nevada Courts.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Perform legal research, draft correspondence, complaints and other litigation documents for filing as necessary.
· Heavy discovery work.
· Attend court hearings as required.
· Work with Managing attorney and a team of 2-3 on all cases.
Qualifications:
· Working knowledge of Nevada Labor and Employment Laws.
· In good standing with NV State Bar
· Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
· Ability to effectively work with people, exercise sound judgement, and establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $120,000.00 per year
