The E-Commerce Content Coordinator works directly with the E-Commerce Manager to provide overall support to The Raider Image website. This position is responsible for monitoring website content, ensuring product listings are accurate and compelling, as well as overseeing content for all Social and Digital Marketing campaigns.

Essential Job Functions:
- Assist in updating and maintaining website content, including product descriptions, imagery, and promotional banners.
- Consistently audit the website to ensure all product and content information is accurate; respond to and address issues quickly by communicating with the E-Commerce Manager, Merchandise Coordinator(s) and/or Customer Service.
- Monitor new receipts to ensure all are active online according to start sell dates.
- Support the implementation of SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and search rankings.
- Work closely with the Buying team to assist in product merchandising efforts, including categorization, cross-selling, and upselling strategies.
- Collaborate with the E-Commerce, Buying & Planning teams on the selection of featured products and promotions to drive conversion rates and revenue.
- Monitor campaigns to ensure all items are correctly linked to individual promotional banners to maximize sales.
- Calendar coordination and task scheduling for new item listings, collection launches and homepage marketing banners.
- Collaborate with the E-Commerce and Marketing teams to assist in the creation and scheduling of social media content across various Raider Image platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Google, and more.
- Assist in analyzing E-Commerce and Social Media metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Generate regular reports on website traffic, sales, and social media engagement to support decision-making.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and an interest in developing social media marketing skills.
- Basic understanding of E-Commerce platforms and content management systems (CMS).
- Basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles is a plus.
- Passion for sports and the Raiders is a plus.
- Must be flexible regarding work hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Aspects of Position (includes but are not limited to):
- Frequent walking, standing for long periods of time, sitting and stair climbing
- Occasional bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling
- Occasional lifting and carrying up to 25lbs
