Railroad Construction Company Inc. is an employee-owned organization (ESOP) As an ESOP, employees are awarded shares of stock in Railroad, annually, through our employee stock ownership plan.
We’re looking for a co‐worker who is well organized, possesses good communication skills, has intellectual curiosity and is looking to grow their skills.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for record keeping for major construction contracts for preparation of billing using prescribed billing methods including AIA’s and submission of all required documentation including prevailing wage certified payrolls, owner’s documentation, and waivers.
- Collect and verify all paperwork needed from subcontractors and check certified payroll reports to ensure compliance with prevailing wage
- Prepare daily cash receipts deposits of ACH’s, wires and checks to multiple accounts, including posting to the Vista Viewpoint accounting
- Prepare and mail monthly customer statements
- Managing collection calls and follow up on weekly invoice received
- Time & material billing and lump sum change orders pricing for ongoing
Required skills and Qualifications:
Prior accounts receivable experience required.
