POSITION SUMMARY:
The Strategic Coordinator, Office of the CEO, supports the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) by managing a range of administrative, operational, and strategic responsibilities. This elevated role combines executive assistant functions with broader responsibilities, such as planning CEO external engagements, preparing briefings, and ensuring the efficient execution of key initiatives of the office of the CEO. This role reports to the CSO, who among others, leads the Office of the CEO.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Executive Support:
- Manage schedules, travel arrangements, and correspondence for the CEO and CSO.
- Provide strategic oversight of the CEO’s time, ensuring alignment with priorities.
- Coordinate the CEO’s engagements, collaborating with stakeholders to optimize involvement.
Strategic Coordination:
- Plan and coordinate the CEO’s external engagements, ensuring effective organization.
- Prepare briefing materials and synthesize information for the CEO’s decision-making.
- Facilitate simple initiatives and cross-departmental coordination to support the CEO’s office.
Meeting Effectiveness:
- Oversee meeting logistics, agenda preparation, supporting documents, and follow-ups.
- Ensure concise communication with teams to align priorities and provide actionable insights.
Operational Efficiency:
- Help optimize PowerPoint or Word documents produced by the executive office.
- Act as surrogate to approve expenses or other administrative prerogatives of the CEO.
- Manage expense claims and administrative tasks for the CEO’s office.
- Track budget execution for the CEO Office and optimize spending.
Internal Coordination:
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize the CEO’s time and resources.
- Support governance-related initiatives and internal meeting logistics.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
- Professional Experience: 4-5 years in a high-performing Executive Assistant or similar role, with exposure to strategic coordination or project management.
- Technical Proficiency:
o Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
o Ability to learn new software solutions quickly; SharePoint experience is an asset. - Core Skills:
o Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
o Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
o Ability to engage stakeholders and deliver in a highly internal setup, with agility to collaborate across time zones.
o Ability to prepare high-level briefing materials and synthesize complex information. - Behavioral Attributes:

- National Salary range (Excluding NY and DC) - $53,029 - $75,755
- New York Salary Range - $63,004 - $90,006
- Washington DC Salary Range - $60,983 - $87,118
