Heatseal Operator 1

Rainier Industries is a local manufacturing organization with 128 years of established history. We are home to one of the largest fabric finishing facilities in the country. We are looking for a Heat Seal Operator 1 to join our team. This is an entry level position with on-the-job training, yet the ideal candidate should feel comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding production environment. In this role you will heat seal products like tents and banners using Radio Frequency (RF) machines.   What we are looking for: Must be comfortable learning how to operate Radio Frequency heat seal machines. Basic math skills.  Ability to handle oversize products like heavy and large vinyl fabrics. Ability to learn and understand which piece to sew, proper orientation of materials and type of seams.  Hand and eye coordination. Reliable and dependable. Ability to stay on track, work as a team and meet production schedules. Benefits and Compensation:This is an hourly position, eligible for overtime. Starting pay is $20.10 - $20.10 per hour.
