Position Overview :
The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s marketing strategy to elevate brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and fuel business growth. This role will lead a team of marketing professionals, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned with our strategic business goals. You will work to position US Sand & Gravel and US Rentals as a trusted leader in the industry, both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Planning : Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans across digital, traditional, and social media channels to enhance brand visibility and achieve business objectives.
- Brand Management : Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, campaigns, and communications, maintaining a unified voice and message.
- Campaign Leadership : Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns designed to generate leads, increase customer acquisition, and improve engagement.
- Digital Marketing : Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, email campaigns, and social media strategies to maximize online visibility and conversion rates.
- Market Research & Analysis : Conduct ongoing market research to identify new opportunities, track industry trends, and analyze customer needs to guide decision-making.
- Budget Oversight : Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI on all marketing efforts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with Sales, Product Development, and other departments to ensure marketing initiatives align with broader business objectives.
- Performance Reporting : Track, analyze, and report on key metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
