As a leading provider of outpatient surgical procedures, we are seeking a warm, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. What You’ll Do:
As our Receptionist, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment. You’ll interact with patients, family members, and healthcare professionals both in person and on the phone, ensuring every interaction is smooth and positive. Your responsibilities include:
- Answering and managing incoming calls, taking messages, and routing them appropriately.
- Performing various clerical duties such as distributing mail, managing office supplies, and maintaining the postage meter.
- Assisting with chart preparation and patient admissions.
- Checking in pre-op patients, copying identification and insurance details, and coordinating with Pre-Op nursing staff.
- Collecting patient responsibility payments as determined by the Insurance Verifier.
- Providing backup support for Admitting, Office Assistant, and Scheduling roles when needed.

What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of Medical Receptionist experience or professional medical office training.
- Bachelor's degree
- A passion for delivering a remarkable patient care experience —you'll also serve as our Patient Satisfaction Champion.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and be cross-trained within the business office.
- Must be able to effectively present information to patients, physicians, and other team members.
