Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee unit operations to ensure high-quality care for residents.
- Coordinate and manage daily unit operations, including staffing, scheduling, and patient assignments.
- Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and support to the nursing team.
- Assess and monitor residents' physical and emotional needs, adjusting care plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to provide updates and address concerns.
Qualifications:
- Current RN license (Required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) (Preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
