*Job Summary*
The Housekeeping supervisor will oversee and assist the manager with the housekeeping staff in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within the facility. This role requires strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness are consistently met.
*Duties*
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and guidelines
- Train, supervise, and schedule housekeeping staff
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
*Requirements*
- Proven experience in housekeeping management or a related field
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices and techniques
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Understanding of custodial operations in a hotel or similar setting
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment
