JOB OVERVIEW:
Coordinates domestic and international order fulfillment of capital products, consumable products, spare parts, and other items. Provides customers and the Rampart team with up-to-date order status information about outgoing deliveries. This position represents the company externally to existing customers and company vendors. This position reports directly to the Supply Chain Manager.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Consistently models the core values of the company both internal and external the company.
- Openly commits to and supports company processes and systems.
- Arranges outgoing and return shipments for domestic customers as well as international partners.
- Utilizes ERP system to fulfill customer orders, ensures inventory accuracy, and maintains historical records.
- Develops logistical processes, solutions, and partnerships for both US and OUS
- Works with commercial team, production team, logistics vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers to coordinate logistical solutions for evaluations and launches
- Works with international partners and freight forwarders to arrange for international shipments of capital products and consumables.
- Controls company costs by implementing cost-effective shipping solutions as well as developing and introducing tactical initiatives to address known issues and losses
- Maintains accurate logs and entries of customer orders and Internal shipments.
- Arranges RMA shipments for defective or damaged components
- Any other duty as required by supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- 3 years of relevant industry experience in logistics coordination
- Experience in ERP system usage
- Experience in global shipping management and customs clearance
- Experience processing shipments via parcel shipment platforms, LTL freight, FTL freight
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and Google Drive platform.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
