Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You’d Do in This Role:
As an HR Coordinator, you’ll experience a variety of tasks in your work, but they’re all in the spirit of serving the Ramsey team! You’ll get to live out our Excellence in the Ordinary Core Value through operational tasks like managing contract labor and coordinating HR events. You’ll also help with benefits, trainings, new hire onboarding, facilitating benefits enrollments, and ensuring compliance with documentation requirements. You’ll assist with initiatives like open enrollment and wellness programs while responding to team member inquiries and directing them to the appropriate contacts.
You’re Probably a Match If:
- You have 1 years in an HR Coordinator, Operations or Support role.
- You are skilled at building relationships and understanding business needs.
- You are highly organized and detail-oriented.
- You’re a natural communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- You have experience using ATS and CRM tools. Jobvite and LinkedIn is a plus.
