- Document customer interactions accurately in our database, ensuring all information is up-to-date and organized.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
- Assist with data entry tasks as required, maintaining accuracy and efficiency in all records.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of company products and services to effectively assist customers.
Experience
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish or other languages are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with medical office environments is a plus but not required.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
