- Acting as point of contact for staff and external clients
- Sending out specs and documents
- Conducting bid reviews
- Scheduling meetings and site visits
- Updating in-house data management system
- Corresponding with clients and contractors
- Entering data and formatting documents
- Assisting team members as needed, aid in keeping the team organized and running smoothly. Job Requirements :
- Punctual
- Proper office presentation
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to details and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like copier, printer, fax machine, etc.
- Excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritize
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
