The Wellness Administrator is responsible for planning, coordinating, promoting, and overseeing wellness initiatives for all employees and their dependents. Wellness Administrator collaborates with other departments to integrate wellness strategies into daily operations and may work together with community leaders and outside agencies to assist and promote wellness enterprises within the community. Administrator is to track participation and evaluate the effectiveness of all programs. Vacancy may be closed after being posted a minimum of seven (7) days
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Bachelor's degree or higher in health and wellness, nutrition, or related field and two to five years’ experience developing and administering wellness programs for medium to large-size organizations, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred certifications include NBC-HWC or CHES.
