Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage front-desk operations, greet students and parents, and provide assistance as needed
- Answer queries from prospective customers, offer detailed information about our programs through phone, email, and in-person meetings, and ensure prompt and professional responses
- Maintain and manage accurate student attendance records, class schedules, and payments
Scheduling and Coordination:
- Assist in creating and maintaining teaching schedules and staff assignments
- Coordinate center events, tournaments, and community activities
Operational Efficiency:
- Monitor and order office supplies and classroom materials to ensure uninterrupted operations
- Support staff and teachers with administrative needs, including preparing class rosters and materials
- Ensure that classes and sessions start on time and create lists and schedules for assessments and accelerator programs
- Proctor assessments and sessions, ensuring that students participate with integrity
- Demonstrate ability to work on RM Learning Management System (Canvas) and Microsoft Excel and Word
Parent and Student Interaction:
- Provide a welcoming and supportive environment for students and parents
- Address basic concerns or direct inquiries to the appropriate team member
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in an educational setting
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse groups
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic familiarity with CRM systems or scheduling tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of competitive math programs or education-focused organizations
- Experience in event coordination or office management
- Interest in mathematics or education
