Our print collections feature a very limited amount of t-shirts and sweatshirts per artwork, created by an incredible group of photographers, along with the indispensable blanks for the urban wardrobe.
Beyond being a brand, RANDOM / RANDOM is a platform for artists who will receive a commission for every piece sold by us. It is one more channel to showcase their art to the world and bring the creative community together. Our vibrant curation includes emerging names as well as established ones, such as Neal Slavin.
RANDOM / RANDOM is designed in NYC and made in Japan. T-shirts are crafted with 100% suvin cotton, the finest in the world, whose properties give our t-shirts a unique silky touch and great durability.
The brand was founded by Marcelo Costa, a Brazilian-born creative director with a career spanning more than 20 years across NYC, London, and São Paulo.
THIS ROLE
We're looking for a hands-on executor to coordinate operations and marketing projects for RANDOM / RANDOM. You'll be responsible for keeping tasks on track and ensuring deliverables are met. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is ready to roll up their sleeves to make things happen. The ideal candidate is a fast learner and has a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
This is a hybrid role, meaning that the role is located in New York, NY and will require weekly in-person meetings, but work from home is acceptable. This person will be responsible for executing operational tasks
as well as marketing and communication-related tasks, such as managing the brand's social media accounts, creating organic social media content based on existing brand assets and guidelines, creating campaigns, managing the content calendar, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating / interacting with influencers and partners.
Responsibilities
- Own the execution of operational projects, from relationship with vendors and buyers, pop-up coordination, to production workflows in conjunction with our creative team.
- Manage marketing and creative initiatives, including influencer campaigns, PR, photoshoots and brand's social media presence.
- Handle day-to-day operational tasks, such as production, fulfillment, and e-commerce updates.
Qualifications
Compensation for this position will include Sales commission and an Employee Stock Options plan.
