About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Technician to join our team at Randstad Digital Americas. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and expertise in the management of complex high-availability data center environments.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience working in a large-scale data center environment (100 servers) with hands-on expertise in midrange systems from leading manufacturers such as IBM, HP, Oracle, and Dell.
- A strong understanding of data center processes and design principles.
- Exceptional troubleshooting and problem resolution skills, with the ability to document complex problem resolution summaries and repetitive tasks interfaces through an online ticketing system.
You will also have a strong working knowledge of switch and port configurations, critical thinking, and decision-making related to outage risk assessment.
