Senior Technical Business Analysts for Randstad Digital, LLC. Multiple openings. Headquarters: Woburn, MA. Develop, design, and support IT programs and solutions, confer with business units regarding software development of business functions, analytic and data services for value streams and products. Translate requirements into user stories for project deliverables and tasks, document processes in SDLC, and document requirements, design, testing and deployment phases. Define user stories and acceptance criteria, and create functional, data and integration system documentation for application support and impact assessments. Plan and validate sprints and scrum, align with business objectives and compliance standards. Perform functional and system integration testing. Troubleshoot, analyze client/user needs, recommend modifications. Use Agile, Jira, Confluence, Apache Kafka, Notepad , Toad, Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, SQL Server, Splunk, Appian Workflow, SharePoint, MS Suite, Snipping Tool. 40 hrs/wk. Must have Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Engineering, or a related field, and 2 years experience in the proffered position or as a Developer, Software Engineer, Technology Analyst, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in the specified fields plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the specified occupations. Must have 2 years of experience reviewing and translating requirements; reviewing user stories and acceptance criteria; performing impact assessments; planning scrum; performing functional and system integration testing; troubleshooting; using Agile, Jira, Confluence, Apache Kafka, Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, SQL Server, Splunk, SharePoint, SDLC. Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time. Telecommuting permitted.
