• Tech savvy with some experience using excel & CRM systems like Hubspot or Salesforce
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Process oriented

Job Overview:

• Analyze data purchased from a third-party vendor to curate an effective lead list in each target market for the SMB Sales Team.
• Identify trends and help build processes to increase data quality.
• Work closely with Sales and Operations leads to iterate on existing lead lists enabling increased sales productivity.

Day To Day:

• 
  
  • Analyze thousands of sales leads and identify high value VS low value leads
  • General lead maintenance in Excel & HubSpot:
    
    
    • Remove leads in categories that don't fit
    • Remove leads our data provider cannot catch
    • Manually research leads that are unclear and determine if they should be removed or kept
    
    
  • Review currently disqualified leads to determine validity
  • Manually research & fill in contact info for leads in CRM where needed
  • Qualify/disqualify leads in CRM
  • Ongoing lead maintenance & cleanup
