Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any issues related to order fulfillment.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and issues effectively, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products / services to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty through exceptional service.
- Assist customers with product selection, provide information on promotions or discounts, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
