The Customer Service Coordinator takes calls from internal customers and department representatives in a fast-paced environment. This is a customer service position. First point of contact for internal customers. Position acts as a liaison between internal customers at all levels, and other departments within division. Enters reservations into conference room scheduling software and facility work order system. Training is 100% onsite then Hybrid. Qualifications :
- Call center experience
- Good data entry and typing skills
- Good time management skills
- Calendaring skills
- Quick learner
- High energy
- Experience with room scheduling software
- Good working knowledgeable of Microsoft Office
salary : $18 - $19.15 per hour
shift : First
work hours : 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM
