Responsibilities
What You'll Do :
Provide frontline HR support, assisting employees, managers, and new hires.
Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and employee file maintenance.
Respond to HR inquiries via phone, email, and case management systems.
Support HR projects and collaborate with team members across the organization.
What We're Looking For :
Education & Experience : Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience.
Administrative Skills : 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced work environment.
Tech Savvy : Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PeopleSoft.
Customer Service Excellence : strong communication and organizational skills.
HR Background : Prior experience in Human Resources is a plus!
