Randstad, the largest staffing firm in the world, is hiring an On Site Recruiting / HR Assistant to support our Randstad Inhouse Service (RIS) division. RIS offers a unique operations and staffing solution that caters specifically to clients with high volume staffing needs. The Recruiting Assistant will work on-site at our client's location and build relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. The Recruiting Assistant will listen to understand the quality and volume, screen, interview, and identify qualified candidates to fill positions. They will act as an on-site extension of the client's HR function and support the Randstad On Site Manager in all aspects of the client workforce including business relationship development, recruitment and selection. Fully Onsite Postion - no option of remote work
salary : $24 - $25 per hour
shift : First
work hours : 10 AM - 6 PM
education : High School
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and emails in a busy office
- Support recruitment efforts by placing ads
- Help Support recruitment and hiring efforts by interviewing candidates
- Completion of hiring documentation for candidates
- Help current employees with any HR issues that may arise
- Customer service to our customer and workers
- Provide services that consistently delight our clients and talent

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. In addition, Randstad offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, an incentive and recognition program, and 401K contribution (all benefits are based on eligibility).
