HR Coordinator Job Description
We are seeking an efficient Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to perform various HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and supporting the interview process.
The ideal candidate will also focus on growing our client's talent pipeline and improving sourcing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries and provide assistance.
- Redirect HR-related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate team member.
- Maintain accurate records of personnel-related data in both physical and digital formats.
- Liaise with other departments, such as payroll and benefits.
- Support the recruitment and hiring process by sourcing candidates, conducting background checks, and assisting with shortlisting and employment contracts.
- Assist supervisors with performance management procedures.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events while maintaining the team's agenda.
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
- Perform orientations, onboard new hires, and update records accordingly.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Participate in ad-hoc HR projects, such as collecting employee feedback.
- Support other functions as assigned.
Requirements:
- Experience with ADP-HR software.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Able to provide orientation and support.
- Excellent problem-solving and answering phone skills.
- Proficient in scheduling and preparing agendas.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required.
- Experienced candidate preferred.
