responsibilities:
- Coordinates new product introduction, process readiness and training for patient monitoring medical device repair
- Deploys Daily Management tier meetings on the floor
- Develops and coordinates activities associated with 5S and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to promote continuous process improvement
- Identifies, coordinates, and facilitates process and product improvement projects
- Leads, coordinates, and facilitates meetings with other operations staff members to review and discuss projects
- Provides and reviews documented written work instructions for operations to ensure repeatability and reproducibility (flow charts, control charts, standard work, manufacturing process instructions)
- Provides support to repair technicians
- Delivers project communication, including creation of status reports and summaries on product data, internal and external KPI's
- Identifies and implements key actions to improve KPI's
- Leads cross-functional functional projects that result in measurable process improvement and cost reductions
- Other duties as assigned
